Dens In Dente 2

On the first visit, the canal was accessed through the dens, cleaned and medicated with CaOH and an I&D was performed to drain the exudate from the Buccal fascial space. On the obturation visit, MTA was placed in the apical 6-7 mm and dual-cured resin placed to the DEJ with a final layer of Heliomolar resin to finish the restoration. Notice the regeneration of new bone and the re-establishment of the PDL.
